When Silva is locked up at MI6 underground HQ, the floor of his glass cell has two dark squares and two light triangles. In the shot after M enters, the light triangle is towards M and the step leading to the entrance of the glass cell is next to one side of one of the black squares.
A few shots later you see the glass cell from a different angle and now the black square is towards the entrance of the room and the step is next to a light triangle.
In that shot, Silva has his feet over the light part, moving them to the black part just before the next shot, in which you again see the original floor layout and Silva moves his feet from a black part to the light part.
