During the fight in the fancy condo at the end, Gennady shakes his case of pills, saying he doesn't like getting this low (implying he still has some left). There is an audible rattle of pill inside. He then explains he transforms the pills to an inject-able form. Shortly after, when the fight is over and Eddie needs a dose, he drinks the spilled blood, ignoring the case with Gennady's remaining pill inside.
