(at around 2h 10 mins) When present-day Nebula kills past Nebula, present-day Nebula does not die. This is because it's stated that changing the past doesn't change your timeline's future, but instead creates another timeline where the change made by time traveling is that timeline's future. Beside that, when Steve Rogers went back to return the stones, he would have returned the Power Stone to a point in 2014 where Nebula was still there and alive.
