The diamonds were in the lawyer's attache case in the passenger's plane, but were found (easily) in a jewel box that is inside a different type, and larger hand luggage by a frogman apparently outside the submerged cabin of the plane. Later, during a struggle in a villa, the diamonds fall to the floor from an attache case, and in a minute, they reappear in the jewel box that a woman is taking out of the house.
