After the mall, when the T-1000 is chasing John in a truck, he crashes into two cars crossing his path, and there is is some damage to the truck's grill, headlight and bumper, but the shot of the truck approaching the bridge, just before it drops down into the canal shows it has no damage before hitting the bridge.
