The aircraft that Agent Maria Hill calls in to attack the Hulk at 1:19:50 is an F-35B Lightning II which has VSTOL (Vertical/Short Take Off and Landing) capability shown by the opening for the shaft-driven fan aft of the pilot and the jet exhaust rotating downward. It does not have an internal cannon. Only the F-35A (the Air Force version that does not have VSTOL capability) is equipped with an internal cannon, the GAU-22/A.
