The reference to PI that is attempted when the character speaks of 3 hours, 14 minutes, and 15 seconds (3.1415) is flawed. Since there are 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute, the number of seconds in the time given is 11,655 and dividing by 3,600 (the number of seconds in an hour) we get 3.2375 hours instead. Although since seconds are an arbitrary way of dividing time anyway, the whole concept of a circular "time loop" having any relation to our time measurement system is a much bigger flaw.
