The Judge falls from a height after being "shot" in the forehead. 1) No murderer would have been feasibly able to hoist his body up eight feet to place him on the tent rooftop in a matter of one or two minutes. 2) When the other survivors carried the Judge's "dead body" to his own tent as is implied, it stands to reason that either Lombard, Blore, or Vera would notice the "dead" guy was still breathing.
