Throughout the scene where Rhoda tells Monica why she has iron soles on her shoes, both of Rhoda's ponytails are in front of her in the back shots, but one is behind her in the front shots. Then, in the middle of her rant about the gold medal, both ponytails are suddenly in front of her despite her arms resting on the sofa arm the whole time.
