Time issue in Chapter Eleven. Tim, dramatically escaping the Batwonga warriors as they're about to leave with their captives, slides down a sandy hill. He meets up with Bolo the elephant, and together they carry out a plan to rescue Jules and Lora, who've also been captured. Chronologically, Tim takes a discarded spear he discovers, then finds a long, long vine with rope-like qualities, fashions one end into a noose (by which to snare a native or two), climbs a towering tree to throw the vine over a very high branch, then brings the other end of the vine near to Bolo. He next runs the spear over to the Batwonga warriors and throws it at them to get their attention. In all this time, after dismissing the loss of Tim as their captive, the Batwonga warriors haven't yet budged an inch toward their village.
