There are several repeated errors in the final animated segment between Billy and the bullies. First, Billy races into the dead end sandlot area ahead of the bullies and then spins around to face them, which means he would be facing the entrance to the area. Several frames later when the Venus Flytraps rise up, they rise from behind the bullies, which means they would have been at the entrance to the area. One frame later still, shows the plants surrounding the entire group and the majority of them are behind Billy, at the back of the area, the direct opposite of where they were a few frames before that. Also, the number of bullies and bicycles is inconsistent. Several times, it is shown that there are 4 bullies, plus Billy, which would make 5 children and 5 bicycles. However, in the frame in which the plants first appear, there are still 4 bullies, but only 3 bicycles, 2 short for the amount of children present, especially since Billy's bike is suddenly one of the bicycles missing. Also, the animation shows the death of 3 bullies, rather than the 4 that were present. This could simply be chalked up to 4th bully simply being killed off screen.
