When Memphis confronts Calitri after being rescued by Kip and Atley, he chases him into his office, where Calitri retrieves a gun from his desk drawer. The gun appears to be a compact 9mm, or .380 semi-auto. The sound of the slide being racked to load the first round is heard, but Calitri pulls the gun out, and fires in one motion. He never racks the slide.
