When the Secret Service pushes Dade into his room you can see a blue shirt hanging on the back of his door. When Gill is dismissed from the room the shirt is no longer there. When the "Plague" is speaking to Dade the shirt reappears. When the "Plague" smashes Dade's stereo, the shirt disappears again.
