When Carter is given clearance to go on the bridge, a man in a hat and glasses can be seen leaning on the car while pointing and mouthing soundlessly. It then cuts to a different angle as Carter gets in the car and drives off, and this same man is no longer pointing, his mouth is closed, and he is standing further away from the car.
