During the party scene where Tony is drunk wearing the Iron Man armor, Rhodes goes down to the basement and wears with no problem at all one of the other armors to stop him. However, any Iron Man armor is supposed to get its energy from the ARC generator in Tony's chest (which Rhodes lacks).
