When Lauren Bacall is running back to the ship in the Graveyard of Ships, John Wayne calls to reverse the engine so as to back up to get the girl and the paddle wheel reverses. The next scene shows Bacall running toward the ship and the paddle wheel is going forward. In the next scene, Bacall is running toward the ship and the paddle wheel is going in reverse.Also, as she is running in various scenes to get on the boat, at first the boat is quite a ways away from the wrecks. The next scene shows the boat close to the wreck.
