At the 9:30 mark, when the C130 is approaching the airport, the plane is way too high to be able to land on the runway, unless he wants to hit the FAR end. Aircraft glide slopes shouldn't exceed 30 degrees, and this plane would almost have to fall out of the sky to land on the front 1/3 of the runway.
