When Nika visits the library, she's told by the library technician at the front desk that a "Jacob Printz" (Nika's brother) borrowed the same film she's trying to borrow and watched it at least eight times. Librarians, library technicians and all other staff working in North American library services are legally not allowed to disclose patron information to other patrons, even blood relations, without a court order or warrant.
