The scene where Dorothy Kenyon recites a letter allegedly written by Abigail Adams in 1776 urging her husband John to "not forget the ladies" when drafting the US Constitution is simply wrong.There is no way a Constitutional scholar like Kenyon would say the Constitution was written in 1776, and it's pretty obvious that Abigail Adams would know her husband was ambassador to Great Britain when the US Constitution was written in 1787 and, therefore, not a part of the convention of states assembled to draft it--and no way RBG would believe her if she did.
