When Rick first gets sick his wife Abi helps him into bed she then goes around to the far side of the bed gets into bed fully dressed, pulls the covers up and puts her arm around Rick. When she releases the cover to put her arm around Rick she has a shirt on but when her arm wraps around Rick one second later her shirt is gone.
