In the end scene where the villagers have all of the zombies together in a barn and then set them on fire with a flamethrower, the scene starts in evening with the night getting really dark. But in shots you can see through the barns windows and doors, that the sky keeps alternating from dark evening, to bright day sky. Then after the zombies are killed by the fire, the sky has now changed to a permanent crystal blue day sky.
