When Mrs. Iselin (Angela Lansbury) is shot in the forehead she reaches up for a moment and puts both hands on the point of the bullet's impact. This would have been impossible, because her death would have been almost instantaneous, and she never would have been able to move her arms let alone reach up to her forehead to touch the wound.
