After Riggs shoots Travis in the tractor, the tractor stops as Travis go limp. This wouldn't happen as Travis foot most likely would have slipped off the clutch, allowing the tractor to continue forward. Riggs actually puts Travis' foot on the brake pedal (actually the left rear wheel brake pedal) as if it's the gas pedal in a car, causing the tractor to move forward. This would only cause the tractor to spin in a tight left hand circle.
