When pumping gas in St. Louis, Sandy uses the green handled nozzle which is for pumping diesel fuel.That is true for most gas pumps, however there are some gas stations that use a green handled nozzle for regular gasoline, BP being one of them. Also, there are some cars that use diesel fuel as opposed to regular unleaded gasoline so the car they were driving could have been one of those.
