When the hero starts bleeding from the eyes, he and his wife are in bed. She gets him up and calls the ambulance. She is wearing a tee shirt with nothing underneath and it has her husbands blood on the right breast. Later when she's packing she has a bra underneath the tee shirt, then when she runs out of the house the bloody smear is on her left side.
