When Steve kicks Joker into Fred as they start to take him and Anne out of the car; Fred's gun goes off shooting Joker. Fred then jumps back in the car and tries to run them down as they flee but he misses. But on the next cut when the United Defenders arrive to confront the protesters; Fred is now getting out of the front passenger side of another car filled with Defenders as if nothing happened. This makes no sense since Fred drove off by himself in his own car. Additionally, Ann and Steve's fleeing occurred around the same time as the United Defenders arriving at the protest site.
