In the end after Jennifer shoots out the large picture of herself, a flash light appears in her hand in the next shot. ( This is explained in an alternate ending. In which she shoots out the picture, stands for a moment, picks up the flash light and leaves. The final product is most likely edited for time, however, still magically puts a flashlight into her hand.)
