When Bert warns Mary Poppins that Uncle Albert's problem is contagious, just before Mary opens the doors to the tea parlor and they all see him laughing on the ceiling, Jane asks "Should we get spots?" to which Mary Poppins answers back, "Oh highly unlikely."To Americans, this line doesn't make sense, as Americans would ask, "Will we get sick?", but to Britons, especially for the era, this makes sense. It's simply a difference of dialect reflected in the script.
