The effect of cannabis in humans is poorly represented. Cannabis when ingested should take at least 30 minutes (usually more) for the effects to be felt, however in the movie characters often seem to feel the effects right after ingesting.
The effects themselves are also exaggerated or wrong. Cannabis don't usually cause people to behave so weirdly. If characters felt more relaxed and sleepy instead, it would have been much more realistic.
