After the taxi goes off the bridge and Gina swims out she is shown breaking out the back window of the taxi. The next scene shows the inside and small pieces of glass falling through the water around Dr. Harris. When Gina swims/reaches inside the taxi there is no glass left at all from the rear window in-spite of the fact that there would be shards left around the edges held in place by the rubber.
