Debbie's hair goes from black at the parole hearing to dark brown with copper streaks when she is released.Debbie did not walk from the parole board meeting to the discharge desk. It would have taken at least a few days for the paperwork to be processed. She had plenty of time to dye her hair, and since she is running a smuggling operation in the prison, she would easily have access to hair dye.
