The truck that gets damaged from Terminator's time jump is a completely different truck than the one used just before the flash of the time jump consumes the entire frame. Comparing the two trucks, before and after the flash, reveals the original has a sticker and some markings on the back, which disappear or change between shots, as well as a disappearing license plate. The placement of the camera, as well, seems to shift by a few inches.
