There is a red hand-held fire extinguisher visible in Harry's car on the passenger floorboard at around 8:40 into the movie when he's driving through the city.Harry's car is a collector classic, and as an enthusiast, it would not be the least bit out of the ordinary for him to carry a fire extinguisher on board.
