During the final showdown, Z tells Chance that he will kill them all if he fires his gun, since there are many combustible and flammable gases around them, seemingly with their valves open and expelling all of their contents into the air. Somehow, though, Angel manages to pick up Chance's gun and shoot Z several times without blowing anyone up at all.
