When Jeff is first seen, there is a shot of Amanda looking into John's room. Lynn is telling John to look at her. The pillow is about 3/4 of the way down Jigsaw's head, almost down to his neck. The shot cuts to a closer view of him and now the pillow is 8-10 inches higher than his head, up past his ears.
