At the end of the movie after Marty is dropped off by Brown, Brown travels to the future after leaving Marty's driveway. The next morning, when Brown comes back for Marty, Marty tells Brown that there is not enough road to make it to 88 miles per hour, but he stood on his driveway and watched Brown do exactly that the night before.However, the previous evening Doc Brown turns right, drives up the street, turns around and is already accelerating as he passes right to left by Marty's driveway.In the end scene when Marty makes the comment, the car is immediately in front of Marty's house, making the comment a legitimate concern.
