Lancelot is shot in the back with a crossbow and the arrow sticks out his chest but when he is lying dead on the ground face up the fletching can be seen on the part sticking out of his chest as if he were shot from the front.In fact, he is shot from the front - he gets shot and immediately looks up at the man who shot him. The fletching of the arrow is always on his front side, but because the feathers are black it can be hard to see against the black armor being worn.
