At the end of the movie when Eddie talks with Van Loon, it is clearly daytime; however, the shot immediately following Eddie closing Van Loon's car door where Eddie begins walking away to his "lunch," it is obviously nighttime in the background. All the street lights are on and there is a dark sky in the background.
