Although robots are quite common in the movie's future, apparently closed circuit television systems and personal video cameras are not. All of the things that Detective Spooner claim to have happen should have been recorded on alarm systems at businesses, the CCTV system on the underground highway, the camera in his personal vehicle or the camera in his mobile phone.For some reason Spooner, despite being called a liar and considered to be mentally ill, never chooses to video these events as proof that they are indeed occurring.
