Most of the newspapers seen are dated October-November 2018, and one as far back as May 2017. On "Day 473" Evelyn is writing on her calendar on Wednesday 3rd of October, which was only a Wednesday in 2018 (before the newspapers) and not again until 2029. Disregarding the fact that Day Zero would have been mid-June and possibly relating to the family's isolation rather than the start of the invasion (Beau's death in 2020 being only Day 89), it is likely she kept using calendars from 2018 and ignored the days of the week, as no newer ones were ever made.
