Danny Finnegan is involved in several bouts, but between fights, his wounds miraculously partially healed before the next fight. Given that the battle of Dunkirk was only seven days and an event during his fights show that the series of fights occurred within those 7 days, it is impossible have wounds heal so rapidly, nor fail to produce severe swelling and bruising that would last for many days, certainly more days than the seven day battle.
