(at around 28 mins) As Harry, Ron and Hermione are leaving Professor Moody's first class, a female extra can clearly be heard saying "I have Professor Lupin next". Lupin's employment as a Hogwarts teacher was terminated at the end of Harry Potter e il prigioniero di Azkaban, and later movies confirm that he was never rehired.
