It's revealed that Patrice uses "depleted uranium" rounds in his handgun. Depleted uranium bullets are primarily used in artillery for their ability to become super heated upon contact with hard surfaces and metals. They serve absolutely zero purposes in a handgun, let alone one outfitted with a drum magazine and modded as a semi-automatic. Furthermore, depleted uranium is significantly denser than most elements. A drum magazine holding 100 rounds of these bullets would be too heavy to maintain stability.
