As Billy Jack walks back to his jeep in town he spots the gang meddling with his jeep, whereupon he pauses. However, behind Billy can be seen a white fence, and from left-to-right there is a Jack in the Box clown, a telephone pole, and a checkered Jack in the Box building, all of which are seen in exactly this same configuration near the motel later as he rescues Vicky by motorcycle. This places the footage of paused Billy in a very different location than on the main city street on which his jeep is parked.
