While trying to escape her attempted assassination, Alice is shown running on a semi circular walkway. Both pant legs have been torn away & are bunched around her lower legs, looking like knee high boots. In a following scene, she is facing 3 armed "goons" of the corporation & as she runs from them her right pant leg is intact & covering her entire leg again.
