At Lincoln Center, during the Bellas' performance, Jesse, disappointed, puts his head in his hands exactly when they end Jessie J and transition into Simple Minds, only looking up when Beca starts singing. A movie-music buff, like Jesse is supposed to be, would recognise "Don't You (forget about me)" instantaneously from just the first few notes of the intro. They could have had him do the same sequence, just a tiny bit earlier.
