(at around 31 mins) During the highway scene, both directions of traffic are on the same side of a divided highway, with no cones between them. You can tell by the dashed white lane separating line. When rerouting traffic, there should be cones separating the lines of traffic moving in opposite directions, to make sure the drivers know to stay in their lane.
