When Mississippi tackles Joey McDonald in the barn, his hat falls off of his head and can be seen lying next to him and Joey as they have their conversation. When they both stand up, the hat is still on the floor of the barn. Then, as Mississippi and Joey brush the straw off of themselves, Mississippi simply leans forward slightly and is able to pick his hat up from where it lies at his feet.
