It makes very little sense for the Sugar Rush consoles to make the claim "New Racers Daily!", because that implies that the game creates nine random racers every single day. As it is, however, the game only seems to include 15 pre-created racers (excluding Turbo), which means you would see nine characters you haven't seen before only the very first time you play.
