(at around 1h 16 mins) There is no way the U.S. President would remain in the White House in such an emergency with soldiers protecting him in the hallway. There is a bunker in the basement, but most likely he would have been taken to secret locations along with the VP and cabinet, Congress and the SCOTUS and all their families.
